• What should I do if I can't find "EDIFIER A3-8i" in Bluetooth mode?+ ×

  1) Ensure the speaker is ON.

  2) Ensure the speaker is switched to Bluetooth mode.

  3) Disconnect from any Bluetooth device by pressing and holding the “Input Selection” button on the speaker, and search “EDIFIER A3-8I” again.

  4) Turn the speaker off and restart it to switch to Bluetooth mode, searching“EDIFIER A3-8I” again.

  5) Effective Bluetooth transmission range is 10 meters; Please ensure that operation is within the range.

  6) Try another Bluetooth device for connection.

• What should I do if I can't hear any sound from the speaker?+ ×

  1) Ensure the audio cables are firmly connected and the input is set correctly on the speaker.

  2) Ensure signal output from the audio source is normal.

  3) Try to turn up the volume of the speaker or audio source.

  4) Turn the speaker off and restart it.

• What should I do if I can't hear any sound from the microphone?+ ×

  1) Check if batteries are installed or if the positive and negative poles are reversed.

  2) Ensure the microphone switch is ON.

  3) Try to turn up the microphone volume.

  4) Ensure the microphone is within the effective operating range (about 15 meters).

• What should I do if I can't read files in USB flash disk/microSD (TF) card?+ ×

  1) Ensure the USB flash disk/MicroSD (TF) card is correctly inserted into the slot.

  2) Ensure the audio file in the USB flash disk/MicroSD (TF) card is in MP3/WMA/WAV format.

  ***Please note:

  a) the highest sampling rate supported is 48KHz;

  b) the highest bit rate supported by MP3 and WMA format is 320kbps;

  c) the highest bit rate supported by WAV format is 3072kbps;

  d) the maximum capacity supported is 64GB.

• What should I do if I can't record sound, or my recording sound is at a low level?+ ×

  1) Ensure a USB flash disk/MicroSD (TF) card is inserted and has enough capacity.
