  There is no volume control on the Edifier earbuds.

• Why the indicator light is off when charging the case?+ ×

  Please ensure the charging case is correctly connected with the power source.

• Why can't I hear any sound form these earbuds?+ ×

  1) Check if the earbuds are operating.

  2) Check if the earbuds' volume is at an appropriate level.

  3) Check if the earbuds are correctly connected to the mobile phone.

  4) Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range.

• Why the call quality is poor?+ ×

  1) Check if the mobile phone is in an area with a strong signal.

  2) Please ensure the earbuds are within an effective distance (10m) without obstacles between the earbuds and mobile phone.

• Why can't I control songs with these earbuds?+ ×

  Please ensure the paired device supports  AVRCP (Audio Video Remote Control Profile) profile.
